In this market of cut-throat competition, every company wants to deliver its best. It takes care of customer satisfaction and spends huge amount on it.
But, there is this company, named “The mobile Store" is providing pathetic customer service. I've heard the companies don’t hear you after you purchase a product, but have u heard companies not hearing you even just after placing the order, paying the amount!!!
I made a purchase on 28th Of Feb at "The mobile Store" online shopping website. Company promises to deliver the product within three working days... But even after contacting several times, after 10 odd days, they're paying no attention. There is no record of purchase on its Customer Service/Care department, whereas its website has all the information that when and where I’ve placed the order. How unorganized!!!
They don’t have a link between online portal and CCD??? Even after talking several times to Customer care department, they have nothing to say.
How nonsense? How unprofessionalism? Whom to complain???

History never lets one be alone
It is said, shadow of a human being is the most personal things of the world. It never lets you live alone… If it does… you’re in dark…
In todays’ world History of human being is synonym of shadow. It never lets you go alone. Once you’ve done something, it can’t be erased. At every next step you would see if something waits for you, your history is also waited by that one. It’s quite ambiguous but once you realize it, it will be as clear as crystal. People think, what happens let do it once… but just doing once, makes an un-erasable diagram in your unperceivable picture. Why people don’t understand that most of the wonderful mind of this universe were not competent at theirs early age… Why they don’t understand- It is never late to let other start once again.
It is genuine to ask for one more chance a famous song goes- “give me some sunshine, give me some rain….” Why, why, why?
No-one has an answer to this. Is it justifiable to sacrifice with the talent of once, just because he’s not performed somewhere? Doesn’t not performing once give you some kind of guarantee that he’ll never perform…
It requires more time… Just He’s not yet perfomed… but the world is for his endevour for sure.
