In this market of cut-throat competition, every company wants to deliver its best. It takes care of customer satisfaction and spends huge amount on it.
But, there is this company, named “The mobile Store" is providing pathetic customer service. I've heard the companies don’t hear you after you purchase a product, but have u heard companies not hearing you even just after placing the order, paying the amount!!!
I made a purchase on 28th Of Feb at "The mobile Store" online shopping website. Company promises to deliver the product within three working days... But even after contacting several times, after 10 odd days, they're paying no attention. There is no record of purchase on its Customer Service/Care department, whereas its website has all the information that when and where I’ve placed the order. How unorganized!!!
They don’t have a link between online portal and CCD??? Even after talking several times to Customer care department, they have nothing to say.
How nonsense? How unprofessionalism? Whom to complain???
The Mobile Store... Do something...
